How long does each day take?
About 15–30 minutes.

What if I’m emotional or sensitive?
That’s welcome here. Everything is trauma-informed and emotions are just our bodies way of sending us messages. We will walk with you side by side on your journey and you will discover how to trust your body and listen to your emotions as it is your inner compass to guide you through life. When we learn our body’s language and learn to trust ourselves again we remember who we really are and how to love ourselves again.

Do I need experience with meditation?
Not at all. Everything is guided.

Can I continue after Week One?
Yes — future weeks will be available when you’re ready.
